How do I pay for services?
Dr Weiner and The Chiropractic Zone do not contract with any insurance providers, so payment is due at time of service. You can pay with cash, check, credit or debit cards or even Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
You may wish to know if your insurance company provides out of network benefits in which case I can however provide an itemized bill of service after you receive treatment that you can submit.

Feel free to discuss this with Dr. Weiner. He does accept and bill for auto injury related injuries but this occurs on a case by case basis and it is best to have a simple conversation about this with him.
Do you accept and bill for work related L & I related injuries?

What should I know for my first appointment?
Here are a few things to be aware of:
Please plan to be at your initial appointment for 45-60 minutes. The address is 5405 Wilkinson Rd, about 1/2 mile south of Comforts Winery and about 1 mile north of the Surface Rd/ Bob Galbreath Rd-Wilkinson Rd intersection. It is a residential area and the driveway is marked by a tall dangling red flag. Please come up the driveway and park in the 2-car parking area just before the office and wood gate. There may well be a patient ahead of you so please just relax in your car and I will come out to get you.
Please make sure to print out and fill out the new patient forms from this website at https://www.chirozone.net/new-patients. If you are unable to do that then please let me know so I can have forms ready for you to fill out and arrive 15-20 min early.
Payment is due at time of service. The cost for your initial appointment is typically $200. payable by cash, check credit card or HSA/FSA card. Follow up 30 minute visits are typically $80. I do not bill insurance directly. This allows me the ability to spend the time I think is required to give excellent service to my patients.
If you have any x-rays/MRIs or medical records you wish me to review, please bring them with you.
At times, Bibi, our small 13 lb. Habibi Bear pup may visit the office to say hello. She is hypoallergenic and non-shedding but if that is not ok with you please let me know so I ensure she will not be present.
Please note that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy, less than that, the full fee will be required. I look forward to seeing you at your upcoming appointment.
